hitfreshairagain Posted February 10, 2009 Report Share Posted February 10, 2009 ok guys its own up time all season ive been cooking duck and it tastes like ****.Very livery tasting and tough it dosent matter if i pan fry it or roast it,its always the same.How do i get that lovely shredded duck like you get at the chinese.
