mattyb Posted February 14, 2009 Report Share Posted February 14, 2009 (edited) Well met shaun yesterday morning nice and early at 7:00 we drove down to first bit of permission and sat in a ditch hoping to catch few pigeons heading from the woods kev(robbsy) manage to bag 1 but not much was moving so we decided to move onto a field bit further down which had few pigeons sitting on it we set up the magnet and got down in a ditch, within couple of mins a couple came in and then another big lot came in kev had a few shots and i manage to pick one off way out in the field. It went a bit quite after that a few kept coming over every now and then, a bunch of 4 came over and i manage to bring two down shaun had a few nice shots and i had a couple of nice long rangers as well but all in all was a very enjoyable day finished with 14 and a crow i shot 6 and a crow.
