YorkshirePurdey
I have seen advertised a shotgun clamp. It fixes to the rafters in the loft and secures the shotgun. All the fixings are hidden inside the clamp when it is closed and it locks shut. Is this a viable alternative to a cabinet? I have been told it was authorised by the police for use but thought I would check with you guys (and girl lol, Mrs Sweepy) on here, see what you think...... Warlock
yes acceptable by police but wouldn`t touch one with a barge pole. Leaves the gun open to too much moisture and **** in the loft. plus get a cabinet and you have room to expand.

Just saw it advrtised locally, currently have a 4gun cabinet and ammo box but the wife complains it takes up too much room, when she could be storing bloody puschairs etc lol, and I have slimmed my collection down to just 1 gun
