shotgunshortie
Recently started decoying after a few years of roosting. Im told first light is when most birds are shot, is this true as I dont usually head out until 10ish?? Any other basic decoying tips would be gratefully received! magpie_assassin
Hi all, i find getting up before the dawn chorus and getting set up and in the hide works for me. especially with crows and magpies. Ambushing them is the best way to go, but as for pigeon they have different habbits. At the moment i'm watching them and learning their habbits, they all have to feed in the mornings but pigeon tend to feed alot later than the corvids do. So i'm on a learning curve as to when the best times are to slot them. Regards Maggy
