micksterbs
Hi all, I am new to this excellent looking forum and hope someone may be able to help. About 6 months ago I found a gunsmith in Kent, I don't even remember how I found him, the internet probably, but he said on the phone that if I called first I could bring my Anschutz 1717 in and he would knock 6 inches off the barrel and re-crown and re-thread it while I waited, as I'd be driving an hour to get there. I can't for the life of me remember who it was, and I can't find them again.... but I'm gagging to get this rifle chopped! Anyone know who it could have been, or got any recommendations for someone who could do this within an hour or so of Kingston upon Thames? Huge thanks in advance. --

Chris is a great bloke but very very busy all the time and quick jobs take a while because he is so good but really is worth the wait, Give him an off the shelf rifle for a few days and he will sweeten it up like you wouldn`t believe. Also it`s Orasinski.
