Thumpersniper
afternoon walk saw this small mixed bag, had a few more rabbits but only kept the nicest one for a stew! these squirrels were chasing each other around a big field tree, shot one and the other started clucking and jerking its tail in anger with my dog so it was killed with the second barrel these two were shot out of a large flok that flew over me after being disturbed attaking a drilling, should have used them as decoys to shoot more just no time! this was all i managed to shoot while waiting in a wood for an elusive fox, seen several times in there in the evenings, but never when you have a gun! anyway turns out that BB's kill squirrels too tried my new 10 bore out, bought from Tommo on here, walked for miles but no fox, rifle boys have cleared them all out from that area, had to try it out though. About 200 canadas feeding on land i have permission to shoot on, cant wait to try the 10 bore out at what its meant for in September. There is also hundreds of swans there over wintering, the farmer gets paid compo to let them graze his land, but doesnt want the geese! the first quarry taken with my new (old) GP! its great

I am in mid wales, on the coast! i thought you could shoot canadians all year for pest control and crop pertection in england yes i think you can, but im not 100% on the laws and i would rather just wait until they have finished breeding had their goslings ect, if they were my own crops on the other hand i would shoot the blighters! Gret pics n good write up ! Fancy some lamping soon ? nice one Yes mate have been the last two nights, meant to PM you but they were spur of the minute and wasn't out for long. whenever really, tonight, tommorrow im easy! ive got a few foxes to go at too i think, and the moon is small at the mo so will be good.
