Boromir
For the past week my dog has been licking the bottom of his front right paw. I have looked at it and in between the two pads the it a little bit of blood, I have looked and cant see no foreign objects in it. Any ideas what it could be and how I can fix it? Thanks BFG

SHOOTANDFISH
Bathe its foot in a bucket of salted water a couple of times a day, that usually cures sore or cut pads....but try not to let it lick its paw after or it may make it sick... SHOOTANDFISH
If its been sore for the past week, it may have got an infection in it so it may need a trip to the vets for some antibiotics..
blahblahblah
With my dog if the hair is long between his toes he gets grit caught in there and rubs it raw. I use tea tree oil and aqueous cream mixed together. Stops him licking and heals up quick
