Big Dog
OK. I have looked the Net for a shooting mat, a good one, (rifle shooting) all I can find is Tactical Mats. They look OK but are a bit of a rifle carrying case too. I fancy something that I can sling over my shoulder and carry in the field. I am not as fit as I was and I need to steady my shot. The mat is for snipping or having a wee nap; . I do have an adjustable tripod from Bushwear, great, I will say more on this tool at a later time when I test it fully. So far happy. However, can anyone through light on the mat? Ps Shooting Sport reviewed one a view months ago, it must be the only copy I can't find so if you remember that review and have a copy you would do me a great service. Thanks
arjimlad
What about one of those plastic backed picnic blankets ? Mind rolls up neatly with a shoulder strap.

Gemini
Try one of these links for a proper target shooting mat- http://www.bedfordtargetsupplies.co.uk/ses...ndex.shopscript http://www.cityairweapons.com/ Or if you are nearer Bisley you could try the NSRA- http://www.nsra.co.uk/ G.M. M ROBSON
I use a mat they use in the gym for sit-ups, it's great for using out on the mud when i'm out wildfowling. They even have a carrying handle cut out at one end. Might be an option for you, they sell them in most sports shops. Mark.
Big Dog
Yes I have used some of the above but I would like a proper mat a bit like the one Gemine in the website you stated. They are padded and normally olive and black. Thanks for the ideas anyway.
