holly Posted June 10, 2009 Author Report Share Posted June 10, 2009 Hi dopey here!What do you do with the garlic cloves now? surely you ain't eating them like that! they are used just the same as raw garlic but have a differant taste (mildly smoked) i do actually eat them as they are i have a late night passion for crackers with various toppings ham or cheese with very thinly sliced smoked garlic is one of my faves i also make a side dish of red onion finely chopped spring onion finely chopped and smoked garlic finely chopped sweated off in a small copper pan i have with extra virgin olive oil . they keep for approx 3 weeks as they have been hot smoked so are cooked :unsure: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
