anyone with a smoker should give these a go raw black tiger prawns smoked with apple wood i only had half a bag i found in the freezer so there was some room for some garlic bulbs to get the smoke treatment also :rolleyes:

Hi dopey here!

What do you do with the garlic cloves now? surely you ain't eating them like that!

they are used just the same as raw garlic but have a differant taste (mildly smoked) i do actually eat them as they are i have a late night passion for crackers with various toppings ham or cheese with very thinly sliced smoked garlic is one of my faves i also make a side dish of red onion finely chopped spring onion finely chopped and smoked garlic finely chopped sweated off in a small copper pan i have with extra virgin olive oil . they keep for approx 3 weeks as they have been hot smoked so are cooked :unsure:
