henry d
The fibre(glass?) poles that are used in the cheapy tents, the ones that have elastic running through the middle, are good and easy to get hold of.
holly
if you have a poundland they sell a small extendable fibreglass fishing pole they have 4 or 5 sections you could use a section and araldite the cradles in
Spaniel
B&Q do some green plastic looking canes but when you cut the top inch off they are actually hollow inside (Plastic coated metal) They are about 5ft high and ideal, i use them for sticking my home made flappers in and also for marking where i hidden a ball while training the dogs...and they dont cost moe then a few pounds each (You know how tight i am spending my money)
