Jim Sarakun
Yes they are now on the Barley out this way, trouble is there is a pea field next to it so they flit from one to the other as you move with them. Two guns is the answer but I can't get the same days off as my buddy at the moment. They are also on the wheat now down here.

activeviii
shot a field yesterday, looks as though they have been as it a week or so as around the trees they have picked the ears clean. only bad thing is 150acres of the stuff across 7 fields. I opened up a few of the birds i shot and the crops were empty, nothing in them at all, this was 7.30pm when i was packing up. are they eating it straight down? looking at getting on it again saturday, rain depending. rigwallet
not only got pigeons on barley got crows as well drove up between fields we shoot and about 30pigeons and about 350 crows all got up, the field was perfect last week they detroyed it since. They have took a ten yard wide strip out full length of field trouble is soon as you have a couple of shots they fly off and dont come back far 3-4 hours
