Rizzini Posted August 28, 2009 Report Share Posted August 28, 2009 Have heard about this forum many time, but never joined it, and i didn't know why, but im glad i did. Im from West wales and recently got my SGC at the age of 14 and when i turned 15 was given my shotgun to me by my step mother, so i can go out shooting on my own on land i have permish on. I love snaring, ferreting, lamping, and want to get into decoying pigeons soon seeing as i have my own shotgun. I also go beating at my local shoot and help out there as much as i can.I also have a whippet who lamps and ferrets and a terrier who is a pure rabbiting dog. Heres a few pics lads and ladies. I realized you got your sgc at 14 and I've been pondering about the idea of getting one myself, the problem is I'm only a teenager and my dad can't get one at the moment. So I was wondering how were the police about you getting a shotgun at your age? Anyway welcome here and those are some great pictures. As long as you have a reason, good security and they will ask your school about your personality/temper etc you will get one. I keep reading that you have to be 17 to buy shotguns and ammo but I got a letter from the police aged 14 to say once 15 I can buy them even though it says on their website no That could be the only problem Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
