mick miller
What they said. I'm now wishing I got the massive one that allows you to sit up and shoot!
Beardo
sorry for short answer - baby in other arm! hate typing one handed. the short one is only really useful for bench shooting, too short for field use.
bullet boy
Get the 9-13 one.

I've got a Harris 12" - 23" bipod, and it doesn't really allow you to sit and shoot... just a bit too short. Maybe it doesn't help that i'm 6ft tall, but it is decent for tall grass. townsend819
I got a 6-9 harris which is great but is only any use in short grass or bench resting, the problem is I find it more comfortable to shoot from as I can rest the butt on my fist and it doesnt arch my back as much in prone, would still get the taller one next time, I also used a very long one lamping the other night which is ideal for that use as it is tall enough to kneel behind and therefore very quick to deploy. George1990
I have the same problem with the sitting one being too short. It's a 13-23", whereas the Harris goes up to 27". And I am rather tall too You can get away with shooting prone with it set to 13", but otherwise get the 9-13" for dedicated prone shooting. baxterboy
Get the 9-13 one. I totally agree with that.
