Malc
I can associate with that. My wife wants all meat square shaped, on a polystyrene tray and covered in cling film, with a sell by date and a bar code. In any other case it's "I don't fancy that". Cranfield
There was a suggestion some time ago for a "recipe" type forum. I personally don,t get involved in girly things, like cooking, but it could be of interest to those of a more "sensitive" nature who are closely in touch with their "feminine side". Cranfield
Martin, I am still learning to cook salad, I will probably not succeed until they put it in tins.
dead-eye-dick
Davey, I should think you'll have opened a can of worms here, I also think that everyone on the site eats the birds they shoot, hence my post. As for the "neanderthal" I get the impression that it is a bit of leg pulling. As you are such a dab hand in the kitchen perhaps you could let us in on your secrets, which was I think the question in my posting........... :grumpy:
Cranfield
I have eaten just about everything I have shot (except foxes). We eat pigeon, but I just use the breasts as there is not much other meat on the bird. Traditional pie is good, as is deep fried. They also make great burgers. I,m too mean to throw anything away.
