sitsinhedges
This is where you start, http://www.shotgunworld.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=15776 only 30 pages to get thru with plenty of red herrings to confuse you. I would suggest tracking down some linotype to harden it a little too. Other than that I do sell some of what I make for £2.50 a kilo 7s thru to 5s. sitsinhedges
I just mix print type into a pot of molten lead at a ratio of 1-4, then when the type is melted I flux it with small piece of candlewax (10mm cube) which is lit to stop it smoking then stirred in to pull all the **** out. It's then skimmed and poured into muffin tray ingots  Edited September 19, 2009 by sitsinhedges
Floating Chamber
Andy, do you have any close-up pics of the shot pellets using the tank fluid you mentioned in the pm? Also, well done! You've come a long way since you started dabbling! P.S. I have seen the 'fluid' at 85p/2litres! Will pm you!
