If they don't know you then could be up to £30 each end but if you use them a bit then could be a token amount. Remember to take postage into account too - this should be fully insured and not sent on a Friday. Under no circumstances use Royal Snail!! I mean, Broomhills have charged me £20 in the past, but then when it's someone I know there, it's £5. Whereas, if I pop to Park Street Guns, it wouldn't surprise me if they said £50...!
