tim123
Had the day off today so went out looking for my first shotgun. After looking in a few of my local shops i came back with a Beretta Urika 2. The guns under a year old, came with 5 chokes, hard case etc.. and i paid £675. Not sure if this is a good price but the gun felt nicer to hold than my mates Escort Magnum so i thought i'd spend the extra. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but i'm sure i won't be disappointed.
Mungler
If I was going to buy another semi auto, that would be it. You have made a good choice; they are reliable and have a nice fit and balance. I had one and regret selling it. Mind you if you do sell it you will get your money back. EDIT: Rest easy, that's a fair price from a shop if you got case and chokes thrown in. Edited September 21, 2009 by Mungler

mr salt
It was not dear! Great gun , i think its one of the best (gas /piston) semi autos you can get. They are a joy to fire. i use 1/2 or 3/4 most of the time.(decoying + rough ,not clays) low recoil ,well made, comes to the shoulder well. Good choice! If you dont like it ,it would sell quickly for what you paid for it ,if its clean. But its unlikely your not going to like it. what length is the barrel? scott

Peter De La Mare
Your gun and a Hatsan aren't even on the same planet quality wise....no, make that the same universe. £675 is also cheap.

tim123
The barrels are 28" was after 30" but for the price I paid seems I can't complain. Condition wise there is not a mark on the gun, looks like it's straight from the factory. Glad to see I paid a good price for the gun, managed to get £25 knocked of for paying cash. mr salt
i think the 28 is best length by far. the 30 is to long for me.with the long recevier thats a dame long gun. too long for me in a hide. I think you got the best (gas) semi on the market. well done. keep it clean and it will last years. cheers scott
