Does anyone know the procedure for filling out the log book etc? He has already paid me but will be sending a transport company in next week. Guest Posted January 16, 2017 Report Share Posted January 16, 2017 (edited) Look on the web that will tell you then you have it in black &white .i would think you need a export license and dvla will need to now . If you look on the reg documents I think there is a section on there to fill in. bostonmick Posted January 16, 2017 Report Share Posted January 16, 2017 I have sold a few tractors to Polish buyers.they arrange transport.all I have ever done is send a letter to dvla with buyers name and address.gave the full v5 to lorry driver.in reality you are not the one exporting so you need do nothing above the norm.
