  1. Have to agree with Cranfield shoot below them for the extra kick up.
  2. Nice one! the electric decoying stuff does tend to be a bit over priced
  3. I like the look of them and want to get one for pigeon shooting. You can buy them camo-ed up or do it your self with a kit. You wouldent want to bring one on a driven day but it shure would bring in the beaters though.
  4. Well if you keep up the shooting lessons then by the time your Cranfields age you could be shooting for England! Let us know how you get on at your next lesson
  5. I know the feeling when you can see them siting up proud the outher side of the bowndery fence pecking on a field of nothing!
  6. 12 bore :0 Lucky You! I have still ony have the air rifle and a little 410 as I just think the prices of 20 bore guns are just taking the p! I havent found an over and under 20 bore for under £300 even though I have been looking for 3 years. Down in the south of England there seam to be a tone of expensive guns and gun shops about I am fed up with having to borrow outher peoples guns does anybody know of a good gun shop in the south of England around Oxfordshire? Well if not I will have to settle with a 12 bore as I have seen good ones for under a hundred pounds. Oh well if not I will have to hunt with a spear
  7. The cradle is a bit of a rip off and all you relly need is a bit of chicken wire and a few pegs and you have made one
  8. Just a thought but try to get on some grass fields that have just been harvested for silage (I dont know how its spelt! They sort of cut up all the grass in a field then bail it up for the cows) I was sitting in the tractor with dad watching them eat up the worms that had just hit the serface I got 6 just shooting out the window but there was almost a constant flight line going over, perhaps the are wize to the machines now. Theres still tones off rooks about on some bean field I know.
  9. Happy Birthday mate Hope you get on well with you 410 there such nice little guns light and easy to use. You can relly wind dads up by shooting better than them then rubbing it in all day long Good Luck
  10. Oh no dont get you perkers out this time off year! You will only bring in female birds
  11. I am not shure what a glider is but I have defently heard that name before from the sound of it. It is above the ground maybe fixed to something. Can any one help ?
  12. Sounds great does it run of a battery like the magenet or does the shooter have to operate it?
  13. It was funny but does anybody know how the "Pecker!" works does it run off a batery like the Magnet? Does it bob up and down or somthing or relly peck?
  14. You think thats bad. Its not as bad as whats going on in my parents bedroom  No relly sorry about saying that I just couldent resit it Am I forgiven
  15. I used to be a keen fisherman but the fish in the lake ( Whitch me and the keeper stocked up I might add) had somthing pumped in to the water that killed the fish. So my attention turned to the local rabbit population I like to photo deer as I am not old enough to shoot em yet then I descoved photoing them is fun to, and needs just as much skill. I also like helping dad with the farming side of the estate and driving tractors about and stuff
  16. Great product and all but they could of thought of a differnt name. "Quick get your pecker out theres some birds over there !! "
  17. Seen a bloke use one on a fox and a 10 bore on a fox he was nearly crying from the kick back
  18. You said it! Steve: the S200 Is the best air gun I have ever shot its deadly accurate and You get nearly 50 full power shots out of it and with the sliencer which I have of course :( it is silent as there are no springs to make noise. The trigger when ajusted is perfect. Its not the most goodlooking gun but the wood work its relly good as with haveing that little place for you hand relly fits in my hand nicely makeing the gun more steady when you aim. The only troble is that some people have troble with the bolt on them as it flicks up when you fire but mine has never done that. Its not the cheapest gun at about £200 + charging equipment+ silencer when you have added all that it comes to nearly £300 and the pump gets relly anoying having to do that all the time, but its worth it. :(
  19. Get her on a 10 bore and some heavy duck loads sit back an watch the show

    England

Now theres an idea kev "Pull" I mean "Kick" I love watching it when police come down hard on the violent ones it's better than watching any football match.
  21. There should be no reason to licence air guns but sadly there is a reason now, and this problem has just crept up in the last few years because some ****** do stupid things with them and like Cranfield said they have let all us law abiding shooters down. Maybe the lincence should be less strict but at least it will stop ****** getting there hands on them. I caught dad looking through an airgun mag today maybe I have compleatly converted him he espicaly likes one done up to look like a full bore so maybe that will be the next thing on his credit card :(
  22. Yum so nice in the belly to :(
  23. I think dad thinks that air guns are just toys as he started me off with a 410 Untill I asked for one on my birthday . He tends to use traps for rats and stuff and cant understand why I use the air rifle for pest control. Also I think he dislikes them as he thinks that any old person in the town can get hold of one and shoot cats and things with them , there was an incdent on the shoot a wile back were some young partrages were shot with an air gun by some **** from one of the local towns but I think that was just a one off. He shot a few pigeons in the back garden with my air gun a wile back and said how inpressed he was with its abilty for clean kills I think I have converted him :(
  24. I just checked it up on the page and yes it quite a bit stricter but I think its worth it for a 22 rim fire for the bunnies :(
  25. Welcome pjohn It would be funny though
