  2. I havent seen any little ones But the outer day there were a ton of city birds roosting in the woods ( There the sort of pigeons you see in town ) they were pretty small so maybe they were young.
  3. I live in the forest now and my favorite meal is raw pigeon the outer night a guy with a rifle tryed to shoot me I gess Dressing up in a fox skin made the situation worse
  4. Thanks for that pjohn the reason I cant put it up is because of that crappy hotmail it doesent know what program to open the attachment in. But I will keep trying Cant wait till you send me that one lazza Then I will see just how small my bags really are compared to you lot
  5. The only reason its so crappy is because no one has sent in any photos yet (appart from one bloke but I am having troble putting it up) As soon as I get more photos I hope it will be a lot better Thanks for you intrerest any way
  6. Rooks are hard to shoot! I personally think that rooks are a hell of a lot smater than pigeons and usally get together in bigger groups. The most effective way is to get to you hide all ready set up before it is light and dont leave the hide all day unless you have to. Or take them out on there nests (proividing they dont have young) with a 22 Rim fire. Good Luck

    Im still at school but I am trying to get into gamekeeping and deer mangment. My dad works on an estate so I get to shoot over the land but if its one thing my dads told me KEEP AWAY FROM FARMING! You work hard get payed nothing only to have the goverment slag you off :(

  9. I think the suzuki is one of the smallest 4wd there is and I dont want to say it to him but dad looks a bit stupid when he goes off to work in it :laugh:

  13. Were I am you get some people who think they can walk straight through the woods even if they see you sitting in tree stand ! They seam to think that if there is not a private sign they can walk there and I swear they are going to push me to the limit one day! Still it it funny watching them jump after you take a shot at a Bird flying passed!

    I have one at the moment but she is gun shy and well I hate to say it but on her way out So I would love a dog to take out beating shooting so maybe a beagle isn't the right choice. Thanks For That

    I was thinking of getting a Beagle. Are they any good? as I do a lot of beating and pigeon shooting but would also like one to catch the odd rabbit here and there .

  19. For anybody who hasen't got the 25 Years of sporting gun mag this month get it ! Sporting gun has always been the best for pigeon shooting. P.S Theres a win a gun comp in there
  20. 177 or 22 Are fine I would go for one of the B.S.A Guns as they are a good price and are dam nice guns to . Just like there moterbikes then :(

  23. Thats dam good qualty willaim what camara did you use? I have a pretty cheap camera but put a massave lense on it as you dont have to get to close for stuff like deer. do any of u use tripods there a bit expensive :(
