Hi there, I am thinking of selling my Kimar 9mm Garden Gun. How much do you think I should ask? I bought it last year for £149, it is in near mint condition, having fired less than 25 rounds. I would also throw in a hoppes boresnale to boot.

If you have a microfiber cloth, available from comet for clening lcd tv's, they wipe away fingerprints on barrells really well

Its got 26" Barrells if I remember right, I bought if for £485 a couple of months ago and have only had 4 carts through it since. Previously belonged to an old man who bought it for his grandson who only used it a couple of times before moving upto a bigger gun. It has some nice scroll engraving on the action, and the same macnab logo on the underside as yours. Doesn't have a case with it but it is in near mint condition. No idea about the chokes, as I dont have a 28b choke guage, but it is fixed choke, Ive checked out the macnab website but it doesnt say on their either! Hope thats enough info for now, will upload some pics in the morning.

If it says the image is too large, open it up in paint, go to the top and click view, then resize/skew, this gives you the option to change your pic size by a %, if your camera is abot 10 megapixel reduce it to about 35% then save it, you will then be able to upload it ok.

Hi guys ang girls, Just stripped down a 410 skeleton stock, underneath is a lovley oak looking wood. Im planning to oil it. Do I need to prpare the wood first? Whats the differences between raw linseed oil, boiled linseed, wallnut oil and true oil??!! Which do you all reckon I should use and whats the best method to apply it? I'll post some pics when its all done for you all to see!

Thats right, I had one of these. If you pull the bolt back and take the rear theres a round kno, get hold of this and pull it back further, it should extend then you give it a quarterturn clock wise and let go, it will lock into place. Sound loads more complicated than it is lol

Hot water makes the metal expand, the same way as hoppes no.9 does

I only paid £15 for it, I liked the highly figured stock and was going to put it on one of my others, just seems a shame to waste it if I can get it back into ggod nic. My local gunsmith checked it over and says its ok
