Got a life thanks, unlike the poor ****** reported in this tragic incident. I'd be the first to complain about do-gooders moaning about stuff on this forum but this partiqular story I found upsetting, maybe me being a farmer and spending hours on a telehandler every day made it strike a nerve that normally wouldn't affect me. It's correct, someone elses opinion is none of my business, therefore my opinion is none of theirs

For me, the fact that it's 2 "unfashionable" teams makes it more watchable, makes a change from the big money clubs inevitabley lifting the cup, also being Welsh, albeit North Wales, I shall be cheering on Cardiff. Also Katherine Jenkins and her great set of lungs :blink: makes watching worthwhile

Yes some bulls are nasty, as you say Fresian Bulls are one of the worst, we've got a big old Hereford bull that's looks the part but is soft as sh#t but all the same he keeps the chavs fom taking shortcuts through the fields

Having thought about my earlier post saying they are predictable there are obviously exceptions to the rule, as has been pointed out, a cow with a newborn calf is quite rightly going to defend it's young. One of the harsh realities in this job is that you can't let a cow become attached to it's calf,the sooner the calf's taken away the less likely the bond develops, occasionally we've had a cow calve during it's dry period a lot earlier than expected in a field away from the farm and in this situation we'd be very cautious approaching the mother.

As a dairy farmer I would disagree, very predictable in my opinion, don't know the facts of this tragic incident but they sure as hell don't stampede unless there's a damn good reason for it.
