  1. That'll be a lesson for all of us. Don't let anyone - even partners know your password, and log out after every visit. That don't apply to me because 'er indoors has little interest or knowledge of computers and this sort of tittle tattle. :good:

Set em to work digging the garden, weeding the path, trimming the hedges, painting and decorating etc and when they're all outside bolt the door. :drinks:

My wife read your comment and she says, "the only reason you talk so big on here is, is because in your house you are your wife`s biatch and she does the talking". Hehe, don`t kill the messenger. :hmm:

  2. What happened was, was that the house was already taken away from them (complicated reasons), so the first time my wife found out they were already homeless and had no choice, can`t leave them all on the street.

So it was not like she just brought them here, without asking, she had no choice at that moment.

But saying that, THIS WILL NOT BE A PERMANENT THING, THAT LADIES AND GENTS I GUARANTEE YOU!

I have to be careful regarding my activities on this thread, but it turned out a good laugh on my expense. :good:

  3. You need to do this as you will then be able to run the Malware program before the virus starts running

as I said turn computer off then restart holding down the f8 button BEFORE you see the Windows logo

Yes, that`s how i did it, but i can`t get the malewarebytes thing to download, when i try to download anything the monster just shuts it down, i can`t even surf the net without it closing repeatedly?

  4. I have now tried everything you guys said, for some reason i can`t get malewarebytes installed and if do, it don`t want to work.

This thingy i got seems to just close everything i try to run, it sends the CPU in overdrive when i try to do anything, i can`t even do a system restore.

My knowledge of computers and all the **** that comes with it is now exhausted, i think ill have to take it in somewhere, or just buy a new PC. I have had it with this music, and the fact that it just turns my PC off when it want`s to.

But thanks for all the help guys. :good:

P.S. if someone wants a pc for target practice let me know!

  5. you'll be lucky mate, the mother- in- law will probably be watching coronation street on the other side!

I have a better idea, ill watch it on BBC i player, after i disconnected the cable on the sky dish, hehe, there will be no coronation street in this house! :good:

  6. Mine takes quite an unusually long time to open :) but it does open eventually

It'll work independently of AVG, just start the scan, it offers "Quick Scan" or "Full Scan".

With these things, I sometimes find it's easier to do a Quick Scan first, if your PC is unstable, as the Full Scan takes so long, it may crash before the programme has had time to finish. So do a Quick Scan, then delete anything it finds, then run Full Scan, just to be sure.

Edit - I've just timed it. From double clicking on the desktop shortcut, it takes 45 seconds to open, which doesn't sound a long time, but it's an eternity when you're staring at the screen waiting for it. If your PC is in a mess, it could take longer.

Ill try again to open it, you think 45 seconds is long, i am still waiting from last night :good:

  7. Just do the Malwarebytes thing. AVG just won't shift it.

I ran Kaspersky, AVG, Ad-Aware and all sorts of other garbage and none of them found it. :good:

Right, i got Malwarebytes, but it don`t want to open, must i uninstall AVG first or will it work with AVG.

This monster i have is closing programs at random, it even shuts the PC down, so that i have to switch the power on again.

It also drives the CPU mad, then crashing the system.

I think this one will end up costing me some real money! :)

My wife know my username so no need for a password, just read the topics as a guest.

  9. Whats the point of Camping in this SHOCKING weather? :)

Right now that seem like a good choice, since my wife read this topic while i was at work, she is not happy to say the least.

I think it`l be best to not comment on this topic no more, well for now.

I shall report back on a later date :good:

  10. Not wishing to highlight concerns re the lack of information that your wife provides(or doesn't so it seems), would it not have been a bit in order to consult you about this

Yep, but it happened so fast there was no time, they even had the animal control to take the dogs, and there was plumber bleeding the rads?

What can i do, ill just have to put up with it, it`s family so we have to help, BUT **** me.

Theres a saying thats says you can choose the wife but not the family, well is that true or what.

  11. The rest of the original post was edited for Marriage reasons

The wife just got home and as i looked out the window i saw the car was packed full of stuff, hmm, me thinks what`s going on here?

It turns out THE MOTHER IN-LAW got her house repossessed, and she is moving in

    HELP

  12. you see watching porn won't just make you go blind it also slows your computer down :good:

just run AVG and malware and you should get rid of it. AVG has been great for the last 5 years I've used it with no problems.

I was waiting for that! unlike you al4x my wife don`t deny me a good time, so need to watch porn i make my own!

I did run avg twice and it took care of them other things but not this one, it don`t even find this thing even when it`s playing "Heal the ***** world" while it`s scanning.

Ill try later to get rid of this monster, i have more urgent problems then that at hand right now, but that`s for a new topic :good:

  13. SKY at my own house is far quicker and far more reliable than the BT BUSINESS broadband that we have at the missus house (100 yards up the road)

WHAT, you saying that you don`t live in the same house as your wife, **** me :good:

  14. PW did it again!

Right, i got the AVG and it found 11 infections and spyware things and took care of them. :good:

Thanks for recommending that guys. :good:

I don`t think i had the same thing as you Chard but thanks for the advice.

My PC is a lot faster and no more gay music, ??? well for now.

It will teach me not to watch free movies on the internet again!!!!!!

  15. I just got rid of Norton and will download the new AV now.

Google report detected this, Your computer experienced a problem that was caused by UACD.sys.

    This product might be malware.

If the AV don`t get rid of it ill follow the google steps to do it manually.

    Ill report back.

  16. I was using the internet last night when a little white box popped up saying "virus detected".

I run a scan with Norton (which havened been updated for 3 years :good: ) and said nothing is wrong, Right i thought and left it.

Today something fishy is been going on.

My PC just starts to play really saucy ads and ads asking for money for the hungry in Africa, Like i give a ****!

followed by songs from some gay boy bands, :good: then it stops for 5 minutes and start all again.

I don`t even have that gay music on my PC so it can`t be from my PC.

Can anyone please help me? before i have to explain to the wife why the PC went out the window!

  17. hdd hard disc drive :good:

I did thought so, it`s just some people mistake HDD for high Definition, and also in this day and age its better to just go with HD. If you want HD on HDD then is (AVCHD)High Definition on Hard Disk Drive
