i must say its by far best rifle iv shot.

neighbor of mine asked a favour. as he has bird tables out for small birds and a few nesting in his garden. although he was having trouble with the magpies. so i let my son deal with it . with his hw100tk .177 using webley mosquito pellets. all clean headshots.

i tryed all pellets from pellpax. jsb , daystate rangemasters , H&N , AA fields, RWs superdomes and superfields, and the best pellet which grouped the tightest , travelled the fastest and gave me less runners on the rabbits was webley mosquito express, always does the job for me.

hw100 in .22 with hawke 3-12x44 mildot recticle scope. with mounts. and HW silencer. with strap and swivels. with a padded gun bag. x2 mags. all V good condition. shoots beatifully. very accurate rifle. power adjustable to suit pellets. to keep within the legal limit. £550 ono. any one know what the most local air rifle range is too west mids area?

yeah theyre fine for plinking. although they ricchocet alot. and i tend to you an old argos book its not noisy and stops the pellet/bb. i wouldnt hunt purely because of the accuracy would be horrible

how often should i clean my hw100 barrel. as in the inside pull through...... if i just leave it will it start shooting slower. .... or if i pull it through then zero in will it change zero after its go lead residue back ? any help would be brill

genuis lads some brilliant ideas on here.

nice one. mate. good shot with the shotty. .. and its also good for looking at your permissions and finding out ranges from your permision walk so you know what range to zero and stuff. really helpful

awsome. i love this technology. iv also been doing things like finding the maximum range of my rifle with hawke chairgun pro. and measuring how far from my front door the pellet would land if the rifle was angled properly.

thanks to the amazing google earth ruler option. i have just found out something i have wondered for years . without even leaving my house.!!! a shot i took on a rabbit with a 11.5 ftlb 22. superten many years ago being a pot luck shot i thoguht id take guessing a crazy amount of holdover i aimed high and squeezed of the shot to my amazement the rabbit slumped down headshotted...... i remembered exactly were i lay and exactly were the rabbit fell and found out from google earth it was 82 yards. iv always talked about this shot and never thought to try and find out. i finally did. :blink:

all i can say mate is give them a try. if its close range shooting in a barn zero them and you cant really go wrong. iv saw them looks like theyd drop ferals n rats clean as you like

excellent . hunting rabbits with air rifles is really unlike anything else ! can be so satisfying

mine was with hw100 177. webley mosquito pellet at exactly 64 yards. laser range finder shot of the front of a Quad =]

rabbit .. purely because its best eating for the dogs and you get the most meat
