  3. One of the best things to tempt wild duck is as cheapas chips. Ask the farmer if you can have some of the chaff that is blown off in the drying process for wheat and barley. It is very light and it floats. The ducks love it

    Tikka rifle.

Hi This gun will be up for sale next week when I get it back from the proof house, i don't know if it is any good for you. Tikka 223 Lite with: A 1 in 8 twist stainless barrel A black synthetic stock, A DM c/f moderator . A beautiful Bushnell 4200 Elite 4-16x50 front AO and Butler Creek flip ups Optilock rings and bases. The gun is very accurate and although I have only fired about 100 rounds, I did buy it 2nd hand from a friend that had only used it for foxing. It has slight rubbing marking on the stainless barrel as is usual with the use of an over the barrel moderator. £675 + RDF fees but would prefer F to F. Gun only with rings and mounts £400
  6. Hi Andy I have 5 mallard decoys and a large holdall pull up neck bag you could have for about £18 but the decoys are full body and the bag is big so I have no Idea of what they would cost to post. Going off what I have posted in the past, I recon about £10 second class ATB Arthur

Lamp to scope fitment ring. 12v 7 w battery with shoulder strap and a spare 12v 50a bulb Charger (home) Charger (in car ) Silent side switch ( fixes to rifle ) Red filter In car cigar lighter to lamp lead.(to use the lamp from the car) The battery has a handle clamp that allows you to walk with the lamp attached to the battery. £70 I would prefer face to face as it is pretty heavy with the battery and postage would cost £10 extra.
  8. Howa 204 I have decided give up my shooting due to bad health and that at 71 my one good eye is not what it was. I am therefore selling my guns. I have a Howa 204 with s/s 22” sporter barrel factory crew-cut with rings and bases. It has a black Hogue stock and shoulder strap, sold with a T4AR moderator. The gun was bought new in Feb of this year and has done about 200 rounds. £450 RFD delivery costs at buyer’s expense but would prefer F to F. A Bushnell Legend 5-15x40 scope is available at £120 if bought with the gun
  9. I bought this earlier this year to catch some thieves and other than two or three outings it has not been used. Other than try to explain what it can do and what the specification is I have included the makers spec sheet. The cost of this was £205. I am asking £130. For interested people I may be able to transfer some of the clips and pictures via email. SOLD to Jimmy Riddle
  10. Is there a battery with it please?
  11. Both my Cockers are now getting on a bit and suffer with stiff joints after hunting. The best thing I have found for them is Metacam. It is only available via your vet. Big tip!!!!! If you get a prescription from your vet, it is only a fraction of the cost to buy it on line e.g. my vet charged me £40 for a 100mlt bottle. I am now buying it online at £16 for the same 100mlt bottle. It is expensive, but it is very very good.
