  3. Been using Rio royals for as long as i can remember, and last year went down to Just cartridges and hadn't any in stock and said that the RC Prestige and sipe were as good if not better!! so i tryed them and boy were the just first couple of boxs i was infront of everything but once i found the mark found they were very hard hitting and an all round good round, now i have a to decide weather to contiue with the new round or go back to old faithfull, i feel like iv'e been cheating on the rio's now!!!!! Anyone else had this delemmer????
  4. you could try feeding it my wifes cooking especially her currry. Next best thing to poison!!!! keeps the inlaws away!!!!
  5. THINK YOU WILL FIND EVERYBODY WILL HAVE DIFFERENT PREFERENCES AS TO PATTERNS AND HIDES, I TRY AND MAKE A RELITIVLEY LARGE HORSE SHOE AS MOST WILL AGREE FACING THE POINTY ENDS DOWN WIND TAILING OFF TO A FINE POINT BUT KEEP THE GATE QUITE WIDE AND AT THE THICK END OF THE PATTERN HAVE A COUPLE OF VISABLE GAPES THAT YOU CAN SEE AS THE GATES WILL NATURALLY GUIDE THEM IN AND THE BIRDS WILL THEN SEE THE HOLES YOU HAVE MADE AND I BET THEY TRY AND LAND THERE,DON'T CROWD THE PATTERN SO THE BIRDS CAN'T SEE ANYWHERE TO LAND CUZ THEY WON'T,ALSO HAVE A COUPLE OF LOFTED BIRDS ON THE EDGE OF THE GATES SO THERE CAN SEE YOUR PATTERN AT DISTANCE AND ALSO HELP AS A GUIDE TOO. DON'T BE AFFRADE TO CHANGE THE PATTERN IF ITS NOT WORKING OR MOVE YOUR PERSITION IF THE FLIGHT LINE CHANGES. HOPE YOU HAVE SOME SUCCESS.
  6. was it worth going to last weekend??
  7. YEP! LUCKY BOY. A GOOD PANEL BEATER WILL HAVE THE TRUCK BACK ON THE ROAD IN NO TIME!!!
  8. JUST FOR THE RECORD, I HAVE WORKED ON FARM FOR 15 YEARS,I AM A MEMBER OF SYNDICATE SHOOT,I GO FERRITING WITH MY FARTHER,SHOOT RABBITS WITH MY ANSULTZ .22 RIM FIRE KEEN PIGEON SHOOTER AND MOST SERTAINLY DO NOT BAT FOR THE OTHER SIDE AS INPLIED, MY OPINION IS MY OWN,AND I SAY IT AS I SEE IT WITH MY OWN EYES AND WILL NOT BE BULL S'ED BY ANYONE.BAGGED FOXES BEING RELEASED THOUGHT THE JOB WAS TO CLEAR THEM UP NOT PUT THEM DOWN, OVER THE YEARS I HAVE SEEN IT ALL AND YOU CAN'T TELL ME OTHERWISE, "FACT"
  9. shouldn't need to lie about your age! you must be, what? 26,28
  10. if pigeon shooting was baned but we were allowed to go into the field with a gun to scare them off and one was seen to be shot that would be unexeptable because you would be judged to know what you are doing. so why can the hunt take hunting dogs into the field and kill foxes which has been baned but it seen to be exeptable,"an accident" dropping somthing is an accident knocking something of a shelf is an accident. putting a fox hound behind a fox and the fox hound killing the fox is not an accident. why do hunts think they are above the law when they know dam well that killing foxes with dogs has been passed by legislation and deemed to be against the law? "just an observation"
  11. looks like the old boys lost his ferrit again????
  12. i beleive that shooting them is far more humain and less distructive to the land, the amount of times we have had to go into the estate after the hunt have been through to mend fences they have knocked down or walls they have pushed over, even clipping barbed wire to get through rather that use the bloody gate, the man and the rifle don't leave a trail of distruction, and not even a sorry from the hunt or a offer of componsation for cost of repair.
