  1. Heres my lot revised ... From the Top they are : Tikka M695 in .270 Ruger M77 in .17HMR Ruger 10/22 in .22LR Zabala sbs 12g Cooey .410 Astra 12g
  2. Right then folks me and my shooting buddy have a wee problem with flopsies wrecking the farmers field and have a nice wee hedge row with a warren in it that needs the numbers thinned out, so anyone in the Carlisle area fancy it give me a shout. Ideally someone that we can kinda trade a few days on their land with for a few days on hours. And some who isn't going to be a **** that goes behind your back and hits your permission without you. (Happened to me a few years back when i was in the lurcher game so it's a case of once bitten twice shy.) Mainly rabbits to shotgun, your own shotgun not essential but safety is. If you wanted to fetch a dog along it shouldn't be a problem aslong is it IS stock broken. I have a whippet I wouldn't mind giving a few runs too. Cheers Karl
  3. While rumaging around my cupboard of tricks i stumbled across this Webley & Scott Starting Pistol, I think its a Mark I seen them on Guntrader for £70 plus. Well as it stands i don't need it anymore, and don't see the point in it collecting dust when it could be worth a few bob ... so Being they go for a short stack i reckon £57 posted is fair. Cheers Karl
  4. We built stack after stack till the point the living room looked like a rep room with a sofa and tele! The table only came out at xmax. Absolutely love the look of the carpet pythons myself can't see the missus being keen though. I miss the Bosc's they had great characters. That anaconda of yours is a cracker too!
  5. Stunning monitors there pal!
  6. We've had stacks at one point there was over 40 snakes, 20ish corns & rats, 5 royal pythons aswel as an albino burmese python , 4 common boas and 2 argentine boas 2 brazillian rainbow boas, a few rough green snakes, 2 boscs, 4 emperors scorpions, 2 chile Rose and a red neck tarantula , 2 whites green frogs aswel 4 green anoles, 3 beardies 2 chines water dragons , chocolate millipedes , hissing cockroaches but after my parents split up alot had to go. They're now back together and we have 2 common boas one about foot, the other about 18 inches... Gimme the big old girl any day, the little fellas a feisty boy! We have two royals that we had from a few days old a corn we sold a few years back as a hatchling and is now obese! 3 beardies still and a gorgeous yemens chameleon!
  7. Cheers bud I'll see what I can do fella! Just checked my messages and saw that you were after the single barrel, if you're still after it I'll fetch it with me.
  8. I may be interested, if I can juggle some finances, and I'm just down the road, I'll get back to you asap bud.
  9. I normally just use my head shaver to trim unless I'm Bic'ing my head in that case... Cheapo bics for my head and a wilkinson sword hydro for the beard
  10. Don't use protectmybubble ... Took me nearly a month and cost me nearly £300 before they replaced mine.
  11. Right, well as I've been granted .270 for fox & deer it seems my need for a 22-250 has now gone and I can't justify keeping the rifle. Truly sad to see it go as it is a cracker. Was bought from Eyefor off this forum a few month ago and since then has been only used a handful of times ... 7 shots fired. It has however had a bit of a facelift since being bought, hogue overmould stock in black with a bipod and sling. The bipod is a bit of a botch job taken off my 10/22. Bit more info about the rifle .. Copied off the original thread "Stainless heavy barrel, threaded 5/8" unvf (24tpi) and laminate stock. Two stage fully adjustable trigger (to 18oz) and three stage safety. Overall the gun is 9.5/10 condition, recently recrowned (when rethreaded from 1/2") and bore scoped by gunsmith and declared to be in "very good condition". The gun is always cleaned after every outing - whether one shot or five have been taken - and stored, moderator off, muzzle down. Cleaning is always full rodding with patches (not just bore snaked) and before putting it away I put one last patch through with gun oil - which I then bore snake clean before going out. (This has carried on since I bought it) One holes home loads at 100 yards and sub 1" at 200. Comes with two sets of Ruger stainless rings (1" and 30mm), " Scope seen in the photos isn't included as promised this to a friend. So looking for about £500 but open to offers, also have a spare slot for .17HMR if anyone wanted to work out a swap. Happy Hunting Karl
