I've bought and lived in 2 new builds since 2007, the only reason I moved was to get a bigger house and have had no issues whatsoever. Yes there isn't as much land/space as an older property and some of the internal walls are plasterboard but it's worry free living, most appliances are new and guaranteed, the structure itself is guaranteed for 10 years and any quality issues get fixed straight away.

Fingers crossed Frampton wins as we've got him coming to an event in a couple of weeks!

I've had a PCP deal of some sorts for the past 3 cars and have now just got a fantastic quote through for a lease on an Evoque. Although I'm lucky enough to earn a reasonable wage, we would never save up the cash to buy a similar vehicle outright so the opportunity to drive a brand new vehicle and change it every few years with no issues about MOT, repairs etc is a no brainer in our household..

I've got quite a bit of experience with these. Put simply if they smell there's a problem and it's of the operators advantage to resolve the issue. As for traffic, normally once a stockpile of feedstock is achieved on site the traffic will then be to a minimum. I think that during the planning process they have to put vehicle movements down as an average for the year. There's a lot of negative press about these sites on the internet which isn't necessarily true.

The only reason given was that his son(Chris eubank junior) is fighting tomorrow night in London. It's not good for us considering we've got 529 guests coming expecting to see him! Hopefully we can secure another celeb in the morning!

More of a rant And a warning then anything else. I'm part of my local round table and we have a boxing night once a year as our main fundraising event. We booked Chris Eubank senior approx 8 months ago as the after dinner speaker for our event tomorrow night and we received a phone call at approx 1430 today informing us he wouldn't be coming! Great especially as it's our 20th anniversary aswell this year! Fingers crossed we can do some serious blagging tomorrow night!!!

Im struggling to work out which charging adaptor I need (if there are any differences)? Ive searched the forum but Im still unsure. So where's the best place to get them from and/ or what do I need?
