Got a few acres that I shoot that is over run with rabbits, I kill 5-10 a week with my PCPs but have 2 live wire cage traps. I cant for the life of me catch one in the traps. any advice would be really great! Mav

I know they get alot of bad press but this is a good one, ive owned it 3 years and its never missed a beat. its in good nick with a few superficial scratches to the end of the shrouded barrel. took 6 days from post to interview and now im waiting for it to come in post, suposedly 2-4 weeks, i am a new app i wont complain!

anyone had much experience with mossberg 20 bore pumps? specifically the hush power version? I am looking at them but would like some advice and comments!

ideally i want a 20 bore hush power of some description be it pump or semi or o/u. seen the 12 in the for sale section but i am set on the hush being a 20, as for the o/u 12 im looking for something to last a long time pm me pics as i may be interested cheers

Out of interest is there an age thing like with air guns? 21 to carry in public places? just crossed my mind as ive always struggled with that being only 20! Mav

trick ive found is when the recorded ones ring, press buttons and u get through to the manager person who will remove you from the lists and apologises for waisting your time! bought me a day or two of peace

just got off the phone to my old man and he says he will go down the land registry office as he has been a few times to research our boundaries, thanks for the advice

basically some land that I shoot air guns on with the land owners permission is connected to a 5 acre woodland which i am interested in shooting or even potentially acquiring as it is next to my garden. I don't quite understand how i would go about finding who owns it? local rumours suggest a London insurance company but I don't know. any ideas? cheers tom

thats alot less than i thought it would be to change the cast, the reason i asked about the the actual mech is that when i was clay shooting i found it a bit awkward breaking the guns. obviously if they are rare then im gunna struggle so something else to master i guess! when my ticket comes through ill deffinately be heading up your way CFS.

thanks for the tips, trulock and haris is 10 minutes from me but its pricey as you have suggested, the reason i was after a left gun is my dominant eye is my left so i shoot of my left shoulder which took some getting used too. i am an airgunner too and have shot right handed for about 8 years!! on issue i was having with the clays was breaking the shot gun the leaver seemed to go the opposite way, if you understand what i mean? so would a left handed gun solve this? on the budget front i can spend 500 quid but as its my first gun id like to spend a bit less than that, not fussed about second hand as long as spares are still acessable. cheers tom

my budget is 300 ish but for the right gun i can stretch to 500, i just would prefer to be able to afford some cartridges :-) i think ill head over to north walsham at some point then and have a look, only an hour from me cheers

been doing clays for a while now and i have just sent off my forms, i want to buy an o/u 12 bore but im left handed and was wondering if anyone can recommend anywhere around suffolk/noffolk/essex or a website that i can browse? the guns going to be used for rough shooting and clays so ideally I would want multi chocked anything for sale would also be interesting but itll be a while before my lisence goes through i reckon! cheers tom

wouldnt be much meat left if you use the HE rounds :-)
