ha, i used these in an old g10 pistol when i was younger! let us know how you get on with those!
  2. im after a set of butler creek covers for my scope, 43.2mm ocular and 50.7mm objective id say would be the ideal size for my scope (10x42 falcon menace) converting this to the butler creek sizes is say 19&20 Eye and 30&31 Objective i do have paypal if that helps. cheers andy.
  3. plymouth for the next few months.
  4. love the idea of a shrouded barrel to be honest but my fx2000 wouldnt have any space behind it due to the air chamber getting in the way... il keep going with my design but it isnt looking promising as all the engineers ive spoken to dont have equipment large enough to accommodate for a 9" long silencer
  5. can anyone recommend someone to service and tune my webley fx2000, it seems to be a bit inconsistant when shooting at anything over 35yards? ive tried a few popular types of pellet (diabolo exacts, diabolo aa field, rws superdome, premier magnum, flying scott webley etc) the diabolo exacts and the aa field pellets seem to give me the best grouping but still seem spread out at the longer ranges (despite them all being the domed type) should the barrel need cleaning at all? i havent ever cleaned it and i also bought the rifle second hand...
  6. 8 because 7mm is so small, if a pellet hit one of the baffles i could replace it instantly. whats a reflex style? do you meen as in shrouded barrel types? id be interested to see your design if you have made one.
  7. ive found that real firearm silencers seem to have the baffles pressed into a cone type shape, can say i know if slanting them will make a difference but i could always get some more baffles knocked up and give it a try.
  8. hi guys, i dont really know the ins and outs of getting a silencer made, i have had bolts made for my air rifle but nothing on this scale. is one allowed to have such equpiment made? or is it illegal? its for an air rifle which is below the 12ftlb limit. "i dont own a firearm and dont intend to use the silencer for one either) as you may see in the design it wouldnt work for a firearm. id also like to say its based on that of the wierauch silencer design, using hair curlers and baffles with scotch brite / felt padding as the interior. heres the design... for anyone who may be interested, maybe you can spot a flaw in the design or contribute to the design itself. how much would i expect to pay for something like this to be made?
  9. is this the same as the fx2000 magazines?
  10. hi guys, im after a depinger for a webley fx2000 if anyone can help me out just let me know! thanks again

  13. i have a webley fx2000 with falcon menace 10x42 30mm tube, 11mm rail. does anyone have a good quality set of mounts which are as low as possible for my particular set up? preferably something that keeps the scope central to the barrel as the sports match ones i had before where not suitable! cheers
  14. pm'd mate, il happily sell it to you. andy.
  15. it stands at 11.6 using diabolo exacts .22
  16. yes i am shooting .22, i have been looking at the fx pellets in 16 grain... wht i really need to know which is, 16 grain pellets.. are they to heavy for my 11.6 ftlb air rifle? or should i be going for lighter pellets?
  17. what weight pellet would give me an average enegy on impact and flight speed? would 16 grain be considered to heavy for 11.6 ft lb rifle? thanks andy.
