a lot of scrappies get cars in that are totally road legal still,if they're good then 90% of yards will retail them.

i appreciate the charity angle but i really cannot see anyone selling a road legal landy for £250,how about a vitara?,you could get one of those for £250.

i've owned quite a few springers and i can say without doubt that the prosport was the best by a country mile,i had a walnut one in .177 and it was as accurate as any pcp i have owned and better than a few of them!.i sold it because of the weight,a sling would have helped enormously but i just couldn't bear to drill a hole in the stock to fit a swivel stud.

i have owned an smk xs78 which i tuned myself and fitted a bsa mercury barrel to it,i let the lad over the road have it and it's still going strong 4 years later. i also bought an smk xs36-1 about a month ago as i felt sorry for it,after a deburr,polish and lube i was genuinely surprised by how good it is.the trigger is pants but the accuracy is outstanding.

i would value the rifle alone at £350 the s410 always sells well secondhand and commands premium prices,i would price all the kit at £500ish.

i just got a falcon raptor and cannot fault it.

they are designed to be that way,if you take the stock off you'll see 2 rubber pads at the fore-end,these are to isolate the cylinder from the stock and provide some cushioning as the cylinder expands when filled with air.
