Hi Pal Could have borrowed mine but i'm afraid Manchesters probably a little to far.

Was on the paracetamol and anti inflamitories until yesterday but started to feel pretty ruff inside and was pretty bunged up, so sacked them all today.

Have BUPA cover so maybe I could use that for the Physio also have a good friend who's a personal trainer and I do a bit of boxing with, so he's offered to help me out as soon as the cast comes off. Hospital reckon 5-6 weeks in plaster then one of the screws needs to come out a couple of weeks after that! So fingers crossed!

I'd figured 2-3 months at best, had to have an open reduction with plate and screws, gutted! The landlord of a pub I was in fell on it on saturday night!

Any one on here ever snapped their fibula and any idea how long to make a recovery? Only been laid up a week and its driving me mad!
