I don't think it will cost the tax payer anything for someone who pays full council rent if everone payed full the councils would probably make a profit

I think its because some people think that if you live in council housing you are a benefit scroungers One of the changes I would make is you would need to be working to get a council house

I wouldn't mind betting that most accidents are caused by texting I'm sure talking on the phone is no more distracting than talking on a hands free or in a car full of people
