Forgot to mention me and the boy went for a walk with the guns this afternoon looking for pigeon, not much about though.

Gun dog training for the puppy on saturday morning, then swept the chimney and fitted a new pot. Made a new dog run on today Thats enough for me, will be glad to get back to work on monday for a rest. Cheers Mark

I've got the same problem with a neighbour of mine, complains about everything, calls the police over stupid things this does get to you after a while and is making our life Hell Sorry to interupt the thread but your friend has my sympathy. We are very tempted to move, so if anybody wants a 4 bedroom house with a 2000sq foot outbuilding and 4.5 acres give me a call. I feel better for that. Cheers Mark

I've got a small portfolio and at the moment have good tenants but I have had some bad ones. In my opinion now is the time to by as prices are cheap, mortgage rates are low and rents are ok. There are still some draw backs, got a phone call last night at 9pm from a tenant "my boilers pack up" and Ive got 3 kids, lucky we have a small building firm with good staff that go out at any time.
