I have not worked as a extra but have worked on a few tv shows on outside film jobs as safety and unless you are the star then you have to stand around in freezing conditions most of the time (if in the uk). saying that if the director wants lunch then its lunch and its allways good food! once we spent all day in one of the heated buses doing nothing just incase they needed us on set and we got paid a fortune just to be there so if you can get work then do it but I can see how it can get boring quite quickly.

    It is funny watching so called star actors fluff lines 10 times in a row though.

  2. The shot fall-out range will be too far for most clay shoots, that's why most restrict to 28g loads :good: BB

     

    Normally for clay shooting 71/2-8-9 are the shot sizes used, 28g and below

     

    Normally for pigeon shooting 5-6 are the shot sizes used, 28g and above

    Do heavy loads travel further ie a 21g load will not go as far as a 28g load of the same size shot?
