  1. have you got a slug barrel to shoot them through?
  2. i think fieldsportschannel had a review on them, ranging from the cheapie one use foams to the £600? semiems (sp) jobbies and the verdict was that the cheapie foams worked just as well as the top jobs, but they block out all sound, where as the big wonga ones block out only loud sounds so you can still chat normally.... worth a search for the video
  3. i tried a few over unders at the gunshop and my pump is lighter.... even compared to some pretty light italian over unders
  4. you say not by much... i have a rabbitstopper barrel on my ratty (24in?) and its makes a footpound more then standard one did....

  14. Some good advice cheers I was told by my trainer it's important that they get through this puberty stage he's in now and come out the other side intact. He's only tried to hump one dog and it's the same dog and none others (friends staffy)
  15. Remmy 870? Would be used I think
  16. Use of any cart is nice and not need to make sure is over 67mm ect (in some examples) I got a cheap French pump and I love it, first gun, it's easy to clean and built strong, won't jam ect My shooting partner has a semi and he loves it, but I can't see why a semi is better in any way other then not having to pump? I think you could name more examples of why a pump in better surely? And it sure is a fun gun to shoot! That noise lol
  17. Hi I've got a 11 month old vizsla with 5 gen pedigree, he's a lovely example and a lovely temperament. As I've not worked him as such yet I don't know what he'll be like. Although he will be worked and has good pointing, hunting and stalking instincts. He's already won a few awards including a best in show at a small show. Being docked and clawed showing will become difficult but i dont really mind, was just a bit of fun. Good hip scores from parents obcourse That's a bit of back ground He's got his balls and will be staying till 18 minimum. But what I want to know is if I don't get him snipped how different will it be? Will he want to hump everything and chase after females all the tIme ect? As he matures if he carries on like he is, if I bred from him, will he constantly want sex after that? Or is life that much easier with the snip? the dog...... Not me Cheers Andy
  18. Lol sounds like a plan! I'll try find some on eBay after work tonight might try and find some sort of mount for the pump action, sobi can scan with the touch in hand and then attach when it's time. Less waving around of a shottie the better in my mind!
  19. Just cos it went further and less common then white or red, thought it help, I don't instend on shooting that far personally although my shooting buddy does have said hmr lol Just help me see them from further off I agree about versatile and I think white LEDs will be pretty poor with filters as they don't have te same light spectrum as bulbs?? Two touches seems the best route I guess? Thanks for the input guys all helpful
  20. Cool, so the green one is better? Guess rabbits haven't seen a green light before either! Will prob get a white one too for general use, are you best of getting from uk sellers or no difference ? Which batteries do they use? Thanks
