Yes looks like he is talking about reloading 223 bullets himself, so would not have the same issues with pressures etc, however with regards to military rounds and pressure I believe that these results are a bit clouded as the measurements are taken from 3 different sections along the length of the case depending on who is taking the measurement, I have used some military .223 in my Remington 700 without any issues, I now reload and no longer use the military stuff purely because I don't need to..... mag44uk, do you have a link or a website for the tracer bullets you have, is it N140 for these or which powders best, cheers
