No barrel selector single selective trigger selects the barrel but i leave it alone. ( unless i'm unknowingly touching it )

I have a Baikal o/u single selective trigger game/field gun that every now and then will fire both barrels at the same time this does pinch a bit when you have 36gram carts in it. Does anyone else have this and more importantly have a cure? Please help my shoulder is a bit RAW Andy
