Excellent thank you gents. I was to purchase it, I would definitely get the base for it. Has anyone had any experience with the leather polishing hone that you can get for it?
-
Afternoon folks long time no see. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Lansky sharpening systems? Especially the ones that are made up of 5 stones that you connect to a metal rod and a jig that give you a set angle of honing. Many thanks Curt.

Simulated game day
Ropemunky replied to craigpigeonshooter's topic in Bullets, Cartridges and Reloading
I went to the simulated day at Harborough Rocks yesterday and shot some extremely high clays using normal 28 gram Comp X. I shot nearly 500 cartridges that day and must admit I feel a little sore today. Most gents where using 21 gram loads and it did not seem to hamper there scores at all. -
Well done that man! This sums it up perfectly.

Alright lads and lasses. I currently have my shotgun safe bolted to an external brick wall in my house. Now I'm going in for my section one, so have gone out and bought a bigger safe as mine is already busting at the seams. My question is can I bolt this one to the brick wall that divides a semi detached house? Ta curt.

Think you might be right there chap. I'm using Alliant 2400 and it seems to have a silvery grey sheen to it. Thanks again chaps you have saved me a few quid. Ta curt -
