  2. i use 1/2 and 3/4, but IMHO i do see alot of people getting hung up on choke choice, when they actually need to go back and look at the basics of good shooting.
  3. Erm this Sunday at Fair Clays, and If your not working im heading over to RAF Digby next Wednesday, its only £2.50 a round, ABT, DTL, Sport Trap and Skeet.

  9. I was shooting at Digby yesterday and it was so cold my fingers hurt, so i just purchased the macwet gloves, i tried several different gloves in the shop and the macwet felt the most tactile with good grip. Im shooting this sunday with them i'll let you know how i get on with them.
  10. The way the service was explained to me was a full stripdown clean and inspection and replacement of worn / broken parts, and then it should be good for another 26 years.
  11. Lakenheath isn't open for clay practice shooting yet, its a dam shame.
  12. How old is your Beretta ? My 687 Silver Pigeon is 26 years old and ive put probably 50 - 60,000 carts through it and its as tight as the day i bought it. I had it serviced for the first time last year, cost me £80 and the report from the gun smith was that it was in perfect working order.

Hi Guys and Gals, Just thought i would say hello after being told about this forum from a friend "Bloggs" I just wondered where most of you shoot in the Norfolk area, I normally shoot at Lakenheath (until the fire), and im going to try out fairclays this weekend. Ive been shooting for 20+ years (and still rubbish) Thanks, Churchill.
