Thanks for the replys guys. As I have said I'm new to the sport so excuse my ignorance but in relation to a "gun that fits" does that mean barrell length or not? Is it a case of the gun feeling right when you shoulder it? I'm only 5 ft 7 so is there a barrell size I should look at?

Hello all. I'm fairly new to the sport and currently have a semi auto but I am now looking for a cheap over under around the £250 mark. Hello, Any one have any idea where I can get Diana cartridges and at what sort of price? Im new to the sport and have been advised that these are fairly cheap and reliable. Any recommendation on what size, gr etc. I will be mainly decoying pigeons. Thanks in advance Lee

Hello All I have taken up shooting/hunting over the last 12 months. Intially I started with an air rifle. I then applied for and was granted my FAC and shotgun cert. I have a couple of permissions. I am yet to purchase a shotgun. Yesterday my mate took me decoying and I have to say I am hooked!!! I really enjoyed it. I had a few shots with mates semi auto. He has a midland gun company in camo. I liked the feel of the gun but i have searched the internet and cant really find any new ones. However the Hatsan Escort has caught my eye. There seems to be good reports and reviews and it fits in my budget around £400. Can anyone offer any experience/advice with either of the above mentioned or can anyone recommend any other makes and models that would fit in my £400 budget? I appreciate that £400 isnt alot but her indoors would flip if I spent much more as this would be the 3rd gun ive bought in 12 months! Thanks in anticipation Lee
