They were not original nor was the sun visor - I think it was for export cars at first then the visor become quite popular. We got one in 1955 exported to Cyprus and brought it back when we returned to England in 1957.

As above and genuinely worn once to try and wear in but SWMBO can't get on with them. Dubarry boots seem to be smaller than others at this size which may be the problem.
