Very uncomfortable for me. I'd been spoting all morning was very wrapped up in layers and not expecting to shoot at all. It was cold and wet and the wooden tables slimy.
Firing uphill into a narrow gully as a backstop at the BOAR shooting ground.
I knelt for safe shooting, however, my legs don't support my body for more than a few seconds and my left arm lacks movement. Hence the forced position, stool pushed under to help. I push against the bipod hard to give stability and merely rest my left hand.
Had I been intending to shoot I would have dressed differently and found a more suitable firing position. I was in the process of packing away when my son asked me to fire the last 5 rounds of the day. It was more impromptu than design.

I worked as a youth worker for many year's in a area in London /Kent borders house prices are above 250k to million's. The kids with all the designer cloth's were starving in love and food but some on the poverty line had more love and a better respect for other's around them. Me and the wife would pack bags of food from our home every week to give them a meal. Staff grew fresh veg in summer month's to help kids and they to loved pick and cooking the food. So why cant all the shoots arrange for excess pheasants to be put into the free food chain to help. Sorry forgot to say that i worked three times a week for four hours per shift and never got paid as i wanted to put some thing back . Was asked to go on payroll many times but said no and when I meet some of the kids now who are grown up and working I know it was all worth it.

Thank you BASC we need to keep chipping away at all level's one person's opinion changed may lead to other's .

Hi Andy just got my 22-250 and my 243 both with mods have not brought anything yet but they have not stated how much ammo on my licence. Asked them to up my 22lr ammo from 600 to 1200 but as not a member of gun club yet would not approve the increase said to contact them when a member. Only done seven trips to club plus the one i meet you and the gun training morning so will just wait till it open's again. Hope you are OK and how is the escort going i am still trying to get some new perm's .
Was told about a possible deer shoot but still waiting to hear but don't worry all ready had you ear marked as soon as i hear anything

BLM But are they saying this about gang culture or what Yes it was wrong what they did to kill him but why are we not shouting about White lives also matter as well so should we all kneel on both knees to show we are all equal . Do we all moan when MOBO awards take place they separate us . Do we have any member's from any other ethnic group who would to voice there thought's.
