Got my licence for 22lr only and a hundred rounds in March 2019 last year but had to have some mentoring from two great guys in Deal. The FAO said the letter from the guys was not enough even thou both are in a rifle club. Will be going for higher powered rifles after lock down

Should we all be pulling together for police forces to have a set guidelines for gun licensing and not open to each officer's opinion. Could someone set up a petition to the goverment and we force a vote. Guy's it is only suggestion and trying to help.

No not on drugs as i work with Vulnerable children who's parents have drink or drugs problems. Will leave BASC if they do not come up with some thing and as many others are will be looking at other choices. Just looking out for the future

I spoke to Angela from BASC on Friday afternoon regarding issues being raised on the forum Angela informed me that members of BASC had read some of the comments. So lets let them have meetings and then see what they have to come back with it does take time.

We will never please every one but we give jobs in so many way's from car;s clothing ammo and numerous more. Plus we also protect our farm's from pest both birds and some people and putting food on the tables . So lets keep hold our passion and sport safe for my grand children to enjoy in there lives.

I think if people are upset do you not think that us shooters arguing are putting a feather in FAO cap and the anti's . If every one to do with our sport ie shoots/game dealers/clubs and clothing got together with all the organisation's. We would be such a force but divided we are open to those who do not agree want to stop us all from owning a gun,

Sorry but forgot to mention that I did raise that my personal thought was that BASC was for the upper class and those with a lot of money and not the average workingman who loves to shoot to put food on the table for others.

BASC called me today about my concern's about withdrawing the insurance at the end of the month. Angela explained that due to the massive cost underwriters who do not want to take this on unless we pay a vast sum for our cover and BASC had no other choice. When I asked why was we given so short notice this is due to circumstance beyond there control and the extra cost during our conversation i asked Angela about members having problem;s in obtaining there licence. Angela said BASC firearms team will still be there to help us members with there applications.I did ask for this information could be shown on P/W for members to view. Please do not shoot me i am only a concerned member trying to help

Why is BASC not answering as i have asked them to do and this shows there attitude to us as members. Pity they did not stop the Magazine instead (my opinion only)

Sent Basc a email stating they should look at there members views on p/w and asking about a full refund and the cost of replacing my membership awaiting a answer

Please BASC look at the comments and do a u turn. This will make more members leave and Basc will be no more please change some of the jumped up idiots at a senior level and adopt a members come first policy.

See page ten of BASC Magazine BASC Council has decided to remove. We voted for these people and to represent our views is this what they think we wanted. All we want is Mr C P to be chairman.

Should BASC be giving us all a refund as i have eight months left and that was a part of the package when renewed this year .
