3.0 td6 same as x5 its silver service history is up to about 60 k I think my dad has his own garage so its always been serviced by him it's a good straight bus no dents or dings there's a scratch here and there but it's 12 year old its only age related the interior is all straight and tidy too

I don't have any pics ill take some in morning it has 101000 mot till may brand new gearbox 15 k ago just had new battery rear discs and pads front drop links and lower suspension arms and a new front suspension air bag all in all a good straight bus, I've only put it on as a stab in the dark if anyone wants a cheap 4x4 but it has to go before friday

Went to part ex my 53 plate range rover today and they offered me 6k so if anyone wants a cheap 4 x 4 I've got it till Friday

Put a deposit on one today got 2 year warranty and two years free servicing, I've looked around at landcruisers etc but none of them appeal to me I'm hooked on land rovers unfortunately I think ha ha. Think ill give it two years and see what happens its only got 39k on do its not killed with mileage

Think I've finally given in to spending every weekend under my l322 range rover, seen a disco 4 need some reassurance to go buy it all the horror stories can't be true lol

Can't decide what to get I've got a money pit of a range rover and my old faithful defender, fancy a disco 4 put read the horror stories then I think a shogun then a land cruiser then I think shall I get a brand new defender before they stop making them then contemplate a hilux

Been welding aluminium and stainless for last 15 years and never heard of it I know you can bond it if the steel is coated with the correct coating but it wouldn't be wise as aluminium acts as a sacrificial anode when put in contact with mild steel

I prefer 300 personally

Just get a 200tdi or 300 tdi think they run from about 93 to 98

Stay away from the gasless sets they are **** u can buy mini argoshield bottles from boc now and the rent is only £20 a year If u could weld aluminium to steel u would be a millionaire

My mate had one and he loved it but some parts aren't readily available he had to get a couple of bits on back order, you would only pine for another Landy if u got rid anyway lol

Td5 silencer will be your best bet atleast you will no the hangers are right give us a shout if you need anything to modify it

Why don't you sleeve your middle section up to suit the silencer
