flash- if you can then get both, the .22 is handy if theres a built up area and the noise needs to be kept down . and the .17 will be ideal for more open ground and longer range, 2 or 3 of them in the picture were taken at approx 90 - 120 yds (bipod) and i feel more confident goung for ribcage at that range.

personal best for me tonight, got 12 with the .17hmr, hit a couple of long shots a bit hard in the chest so gonna download recipie for "bunny burgers" and give it a try..

just got in after a duck flighu pond shoot with pigeonbasher. pond had about 30 canadian geese on when we got there but they dint come back. got these 4 though.

would it be safe to freeze the burgers? cant see the point of making 2 at a time- no one else eats anything in our house unless its out of a tin...

hi they didntseem to bothered about the crack, but if you are shooting over an open field then the noise at about 80yds isnt that great,

quite a few, and the "crack" of the .17 didnt seem to bother them. ill try another way round next time, i drove it tonight, but the better way seems to be on foot. and the dimmer switch ipurchased for the deben light was a bonus
