just to add ....gun arrived after silky being a gent and with all the hassle of royal mail and the easter post...i arrived back from working away to open up a crackin gun ...... absolutely delighted and cannot fault rifle (its Spotless) .... big thanks to Silky for his patience and will have no hesitation in doing business with him again

anyone tried these pellets and are they any good .?? is there much difference on between these and normal hollows ?? dont really want to splash out if they are guff but they look quite good for cleaning out the barns

use a one piece mount m8 ..... goes without saying on a springer ... i also find H+N ftt pellets group exceptionally well through bsa barrels ... also the arrestor at the rear of your scope rail should help

as far as i know the guy was shooting on public land ( railway walk owned by council between 2 villages) he was charged under 2 acts of the scottish firearm law i think they were ..... discharging a weapon in a public place and carrying a loaded weapon with intent to discharge it something along those lines but i know scottish law is very different from english law can find out if you really want Murray

h+n field and target trophy ......... longer range than the hollow point,, i use hollows for pigeons , rats and crows for ranges between 15- 25 yards anything above that i use the field and targets cheers Murray

my son and his two pals all have lightnings and they use h+n hollowpoints for close range work on ferals , rats and crows... and they use h+n field , target trophy for bunnies try them mate the grouping is fantastic as is the stopping power cheers Murray

i dont know about you guys but im getting sick and tired of reading topics which end in a slagging match between these two... come on guys its a forum not your personal boxing ring and if you spent as much time shooting as you do slagging each other you would be top marksmen by now ..... get a grip boys murray

My shootin partner shelled out over £6oo for the full kit but had mega probs with leaky air seal.... had to send it back twice ....... he eventually gave up and bought an air-arms s410 ... i personally think they look good but ive heard of probs trying to zero laser to accurate distances cheers Murray

H+N Field and target trophy or H+N Hollowpoints A Must for all B.S.A owners

bought a lightning for my son as 2 of his friends got theirs for christmas on zeroing them in i remembered that someone reccomended H + N field and trophy pellets so i ordered some and also hollow points the grouping with both pellets is unbelievable..... so we shared them out and all three of them had exactly same results ... so if you own a lightning give them a go im sure youll be plesantly suprised .....
