  1. I would assume it's broken at the crimp on the magazine tube,my one done the same and I had a friend mig weld it back together and it is now stronger than it was when new.
  2. Unfortunately i wouldn't be able to get the time off work to travel to Carlisle so an RFD transfer would be the only way it would work for me. I understand if that doesn't suit you as some prefer face to face.
  3. Hi, would you consider an RFD transfer? If so, I would like to buy this please.
  4. I wish I was closer,I'd have been keen on the bowman. Pity.
  5. All sorted now, thanks.
  6. Thanks for the replies but I'm going to hold out for something closer to home. Regards.
  7. Looking for a bowman double arm sled type clay trap close to the Scottish Borders.
  8. Just thought I'd share my experience of trying to order from an online company called 'Night Vision Store'. I ordered an item on 2/1/24 and paid in full and have had no confirmation email, I've tried emailing them 3 times and calling and leaving voicemail with no response. It certainly looks like I've been ripped off so please be aware of this company. Does anyone know anything about them or have had a similar experience.
  9. I'll take that please,pm inbound
  10. I have a Steyr mannlicher pro hunter in.243 which has a cracked stock where the bolt handle sits and was wondering if anyone has one they would sell. I've read up on replacement stocks from form and boyds but neither seem straightforward. These rifles are renowned for the bendy forend and was hoping someone has replaced theirs and has a spare the would be willing to part with. Thanks in advance.
  11. Replied to via pm, thanks for the enquiry.
  12. Pulsar trail xq38 thermal scope, bought new in 2019 and genuinely only been on my occasionally used 22/250 for about a year accounting for no more than half a dozen foxes. Obviously out of warranty but as new condition with all original packaging ect. Reason for sale is I lost a foxing permission due to change of ownership so put my day scope back on for roe and it's been sat in the cupboard for the last few years. Looking for £1000. Pm me if interested and photos will be sent via WhatsApp. Scottish borders area.
  13. All these suggestions are spot on and you wouldn't go wrong with any of them to be honest, personally I use an Armsan 612 and a 620 both with a teague half choke which I find excellent for most situations, had a 303 which was very good but certainly a bit heavier with the wooden stock compared to the Armsan.
  14. I have a Lanber O/U st/ej 28" with wide rib and choked skeet/skeet that I'd like to offer free to anyone who might like it, possibly for a new start or youngster on a budget. It's fine for close in decoying but does struggle a bit on the longer range shots with the choking. Collection only, Scottish Borders area and pm me for WhatsApp pics if required.
  15. I'll have a look, much appreciated 👍
  16. Looking for a 1/4 and 3/4 choke for my Baikal 20 guage model 27EM - 1C if anyone has such a thing. Many thanks.
  17. Thanks for the heads up. I'll get one organised from those suggestions.
