  1. We have tubes of ink and will be ordering some more soon, PM me with a colour you would like, might be able to help.
  2. That second sentence would make a wonderful strap line for a cartridge….
  3. @wymberley Well spotted, they are in fact a steel 5 (3.05mm) the website has been updated to reflect this. 👍
  4. Just to get some clarity on this, Our 29gram is running at 430mps 2.5m from the muzzle (CIP maximum allowed) the recoil is firm but not excessive, (similar to 32/34gram lead cartridge) At 29grams we have a similar pellet count to a lead 32 gram 5 and the additional velocity goes some way to making up for the lower pellet weight. Proof however is in the trying, if anyone wants to try a slab at the 1000 rate give me a call in the office and I can arrange it. Cheers 🍻
  5. @wymberley apologies if we have missed your email, we get a lot and they do get missed occasionally. We do load a true to size 7 (2.4mm) however you’d be surprised how few of these we actually sell despite how many people purport to want them. Our equipment can load 65mm just not the stock (primed cases and packaging).
  6. Hi Wymberly, The reason we are not yet loading a 65mm case is that have not yet expanded the prime cases that we stock to include a 65mm option. However we are looking at this for next year. Unfortunately the mass market is 70mm cases and this was the market we chose for our first product launch. Andrew.
  7. As we move to a non lead world it means the subsonic loads will have to be tungsten, bismuth or TSS as steel needs high velocity to be effective
  8. Interesting one, I’ve been thinking for a while TSS would be perfect subsonic as the pellets will carry two for as much kinetic energy as a leaf load at the same range. not tested this theory however.
  9. Over powder cards in those boxes my friend
  10. Morning Pigeon Watchers, I’m selling out posness Warren patriot as it’s no longer required, £1000. It comes with dies for 32 & 28 gram, can help you set it up for either and also have plenty of components to get you going if you haven’t got any. great piece of kit for loading volume as a home loader. DM if you are interested Regards Andrew
  11. The main difference between CSB & PSB is that the PSB has a tighter tolerance so gives more consistent cartridges. PSB+2 is a bit too slow burning for a 28gram cartridge and will most likely leave you with unburnt powder.
  12. Apologies a bit of a misunderstanding there the Fibre wad with steel threw me.. We have just had samples of a compostable in soil bio plastic steel wad that has worked in prototype form with 36g steel in a 70mm case for testing only. We don’t have any 65mm cases as had to focus on the large volume 70mm market as a new company. But once we are rolling a 65mm Steel load with this degradable wad will be on the list for new products. Cheers Andrew Thankyou @oldypigeonpopper
  13. Poor turn of phrase, thinner walled, both cheddite and maxam make good products. We Use CX2000 primers after all .. I commented on this to make you guys aware our website was live and give you chance to try them out! Won’t be for everyone but that’s how we like it. If you want more details about what we are doing and plans for the future give me a call or drop me an email 👍 @wymberley best to let our productS do the talking from now on I think 😅 If you want more info just drop me a message or give us a call on the number on the website 👍
  14. It would be better if the industry could just standardise on the 2.5 as this is the CIP test point so the perfect point of reference. Once Empire is established as the defacto market leader next year we will implement this change to a more accurate measurement.
